Strategic subject matter expert and senior leader in SapientRazorfish's Global Strategy team. Works with many cross-functional teams, leads groups to create plans and strategies for client initiatives and then develop timelines and marshal resources to execute programs. Constantly reads market conditions, the competitive space as well as the company's long term strategic plans while watching regulatory trends then provides critical analysis to executive leadership of Fortune500 clients such as Walmart, T-Mobile, VISA, Mercedes Benz, and Samsung. Acts as a subject matter expert that influences and guides the activities of the business.
Head of User Experience and Design – Kindle Stores / Amazon
Owner of the design, strategy and customer experience for Amazon Kindle's world-wide E-Commerce business. My teams of UX and Visual Designers under my creative direction created design solutions for millions of Amazon customers on web, mobile, tablet, eReader, as well as first and 3rd party mobile apps.
Head of User Experience – Device Sales / Amazon
Owned deisgn, UX, merchandising and online strategy for the sales of Amazon manufactured devices both on Amazon.com as well as 3rd party retailers. Drove creative development and owned the customer experience and online design for all Amazon Kindle and Amazon Fire-related properties on Amazon.com and 14 international marketplaces.
